Metso Shredder Repairs

CJGEngineering we're consulted to rebuild and hardface a 9 Knife metso shredder.

The process of creating replacement parts begins with an initial consultation with one of our experienced team members.

Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will use specialized software to create a detailed design for the parts.

After the parts have been cut our team carefully dissabled the shredder by removing the shafts to install new repair patches.

Once all the repair plates has been welded in place, the shredder shafts we're re-installed and tested under supervision of the client.
